Delivery
For stocked garments we aim to ship within 5 working days.
For the MADE TO ORDER garments you should expect longer lead time. Depending on amount of orders, how long the garment take to produce and stocked fabrics. We aim to produce and ship within 2 weeks but you will get an estimated time for delivery in confirmation email. Don’t forget to give your measurements and normal size in the order notes for these garments.
Postnord will deliver within another 2-5 working days within Sweden. Deliveries are sent to your nearest mail agent.
Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch.

EU country 149 SEK
Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
If you live outside an EU country, send us an e-mail and we will arrange shipping.
If you live in Stockholm we would love to meet you in person to deliver your garment. Tic the box of “pick up” and we will contact you to arrange this with our studio at DALAGATAN 20.
We send all deliveries in paper packaging made out of FSC certified paper.
Returns
Our return policy follows the standard agreement for distance purchases.
As a customer you have the right to regret and return your order within 14 days after delivery. For the “Made to order” garments we will give you the same right of return. We want you to be able to try out our garments because we think you will like them. But since we will make this garment for you personally, don’t take this opportunity too lightly, in order for us not to end up with a huge stock of personalized garments.
STHLM MISC guarantees a full refund of returned goods, given they are returned in their original state.
To make a return, please send an e-mail to contact@sthlm-misc.com, stating your order number and what product/products you want to return.
We will inform you about the return adress, and then you just need to repack and send the goods. Preferably using the same paper bag your order was received In. If you live in Stockholm, you are welcome to drop by with your return, just make sure to contact us first to arrange, since we are not in the studio at all times.
When the returned goods are delivered, you will receive the refund immediately through our payment partner Stripe.
Any return shipment fees are payed by the buyer.
